Small Business/Personal Backup Storage

The Backup Service is designed to help individuals and small businesses with securing and backing up their critical data in an off-site location without the overarching burden of managing backup rules, procedures, location, user account management, and backup equipment themselves.  Often personal computer hard drives fail and devices get lost.  Additionally, mistakes of erasing devices can occur losing your valuable or personal data.

This service provides Backup as a Service (BaaS).  Instead of performing backups with a costly centralized, on-premises solution, or worse yet, having no backups at all, clients can choose the files and connect the devices they want to backup to our off-premises backup solution via a secured connection.  Clients have full access to their files and can retrieve previous versions of backed up files, on demand, through a secured portal.  As long as clients have a viable Internet connection, their files can be backed up continuously with no manual interaction, meaning when a file is changed, the change is uploaded to our backup storage solution automatically.
