We view Data Analysis as a circular process that consists of 4 basic stages. These stages define how information is gathered, processed, used, and analyzed for your business goals.
We believe the main purpose of data analysis is to find meaning in data so that the derived knowledge can be used to make informed decisions

This initial stage consists of mapping out the potential use and requirement of data, such as where the information is coming from, what story you want your data to convey, and how your organization benefits from the data.
2: Data Preparation and Processing
The data preparation and processing step involves collecting, processing, and cleansing the data.
3: Designing and Building a Model
The model building begins with the identification of the relationship between data points and the key data variables. This step is comprised of developing data sets for testing and production purposes.
4: Communication and Reporting
The communication stage begins with the collaboration of major stakeholders to review the project results. This stage will provide a report with key findings and processes used throughout the analysis.
